Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business day unless customizations are asked (for example adding more games). In this case, 3 days of extra preparation are required before shipping. In peak periods please allow for up to 2-3 business days for dispatch.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

If this situation does occur for you, we request you allow an additional couple of days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, and we have not contacted you about your order, please feel free to contact us.
